We are currently in the process of adding all of our packages and services that we offer to our billing system so that all of our existing clients may use this new system. It will guarantee that all Invoices are generated on the correct days, and it gives us a system to keep track of everyone's website usage and service payments much easier.
We are also proud to announce that we are now offering In-Office PC and Network setup for local business. If you are just starting to open a new office, or have decision to expand your single computer station to a multi PC network we are available to help! We consult with you to decide exactly what hardware you need, and help maintain a budget. New technology advancements make stuff like Network Attached Storage (a hard-drive that is accessible to the entire office, on each persons PC for collaboration or sharing technical documents) can be purchased and installed for a very reasonable price. Along with the new in-office setup service, we are providing Remote PC Support via TeamViewer. If your employees have PC issues we ask them to write up a support ticket, or call the support line and we walk them through how to get remote support right in their office and no need to wait on a technician to visit.
Other changes in 2019 include our new WordPress Starter hosting package, we have had requests for a cost-efficient web hosting service that will help new start-up business get a website started with very minimal costs. We will be selling this service as a "managed" web hosting due to the fact that we are still offering to Install wordpress, configure the databases, setup all e-mail addresses (we also support Google Drive and Office 365) and help you get on your feet. You modify the WordPress pages to your needs, or we can add billable items for the customization of the website as well. Please contact us if you have questions about modifying a WordPress website on your own, it's a very simple system that is basically the same as setting up your social media profiles!
